Help
My Dispatches lists the calls assigned to you, grouped by status:
• Pending — new assignments. Tap Accept
to take the call; it moves to Active and opens the report form.
• Active — calls you’ve accepted. Tap View
to open the report form.
Completed calls drop off this list once finished — you can always review a finished call in your email inbox (the assignment email for it).
Open a call from the menu or your assignment email. For dispatch questions, contact your dispatcher at (810) 232-1444.
Signing in on a new iPad
The first time you sign in on a brand-new iPad, Google may stop you with an “unusual sign-in attempt” page (“Why you need your phone”). That’s Google account security — not this app — and it’s normal for a device Google hasn’t seen before.
If your work account is signed in on another device (like your phone), approve the prompt there via Go back & use your corporate mobile device. Otherwise, don’t keep retrying — call your dispatcher at (810) 232-1444: an admin can unlock your account in under a minute, and then you sign in again right away (the unlock lasts 10 minutes). Once the iPad signs in successfully, this shouldn’t happen again on that device.
Signing in on your phone (Android)
On Android, the sign-in window only lists accounts that Chrome itself has signed in with — always tap your work account in that list; typing your email doesn’t work (you’ll see “This account already exists on your device”).
If your work account isn’t in the list, sign in to Chrome with it once: Chrome ⋮ menu → Settings → if another account is signed in at the top, tap it and Sign out (Chrome only — nothing is removed from your phone) → tap the sign-in card, pick your work account from the dropdown (or “Add account to this device”), and tap Continue on the managed-account notice (“No thanks” to sync is fine). Then tap the account in the app’s sign-in list. This is one-time — it stays in the list even after you switch Chrome back to your personal account. If the sign-in window ever gets stuck loading, close it and tap sign-in again.
